Return any of our products within 30 days of purchase.

Do you ship supplements to patients?

Yes.  If you pre-pay for the products by check or Visa/MC, we will ship your package without coming into the office for pickup.

What is your policy on phone visits?

When you have enrolled as a patient (filled out an intake, signed our patient policy form, and come in for a visit) we will be happy to have a phone visit with you and receive supplement refill orders.  We encourage phone visits to keep up to date on your health condition.  When you have a new symptom, give a call, tell the doctors your concern, and ask if this is appropriate for a phone visit.  Many conditions can be handled with a short, or sometimes longer, phone visit.

Do you take insurance?

No, we do not.  We are happy to write the ICD-10 diagnostic codes and CPT procedure codes on your bill for you to submit to your insurance.
